I grabbed a few zucchinis from our garden + got to work. Because we are hard-core french fry fans in my house, these did get a side-eye when they first came out the oven, BUT paired with the greek yogurt + chive dipping sauce + the fresh vegetable flavors that came through, made these a new favorite in the fam.
